1. Runner system of plastic bucket mould
Plastic bucket mould can be designed with cold runner and hot runner systems. For the big capacity bucket mould, usually mould with one cavity, so mold will be designed with cold sprue or hot runner big point gate.
2. Ejection system of plastic bucket mould
Bucket mould is usually designed with air ejection, strip plate, or central ejector block. With a strip plate, the bucket can be separated from mould wonderfully, and at the same time, air ejection ejects the bucket out of mould.
3. Clamping structure of plastic bucket mould
There are mainly two types of clamping structures – round and hexagon. However, they are the same as self-lock clamping structures.
Compare with the hexagon, the round type is cheaper. Another hand, lathe tooling tolerance is small, so when the client’s counter offer is low, mould factory will go with this structure. Preparations before plastic bucket mould debugging
For injection mould debugging, the external cooperation department or production department must issue a mould debugging notice to start preparations. The first step is to check the drawings, of which there are two drawings, one is the mould debugging product drawing, and the other is the mould drawing. According to the product drawing, understand the material, geometry, function, and appearance requirements of the product, such as color, spots, impurities, scars, depressions, etc.
1. Equipment inspection

3. Mold inspection
Before the mould is installed in the injection molding machine, the mould inspection on the mould drawing should be carried out in a timely manner to detect the problem and perform the maintenance mode. According to the injection mould assembly drawing, you can check the size of the mould, the size of the positioning ring, the size of the entrance of the main channel, the size of the sphere R, and the entrance and exit of the cooling water, and the height and width of the pressure plate.
4. Cooling water pipe or heating wire
Open the mould cooling water pipe or heating wire to check. If the surface of a hydraulic or motor is used, it should also be connected and checked.
5. Tools and accessories
A test tool is a special tool for testers, and the clothing in the portable toolbox is easy to carry. Each commissioner should be equipped with one set.
