Why the LED panel using plastic material?
For common LED panel, using the ABS material producing by injection mold. Some will add the PP or PC, and for LCD TV uses ABS+HIPS material and painted with piano painting. What's the reason?
1. For the cost
It's the main reason for using plastic material, the cost is the lowest than other material.
2. For heat dissipation
The ABS material has good performance of low flammable limit and high-temperature resistance, even for long time usage, the panel won't melt or burn. It's very useful for daily life.
3. For signal
Nowadays many TV is smart television, which is in support of WIFI if using the metal panel, there is no usage of wifi. For mental will create one effect called electrostatic shielding.
The stripper plate system in mold construction
Stripper mold is mold that uses a stripper plate to push the sample out of the mold. It can solve shape cups, containers and lids without undercut. The stripper plate is between the core plate and the cavity plate. When mold opens, the ejector system will push to the stripper plate and the stripper plate push the sample out of the mold.
1. When we need to use a stripper plate in mold?
Some samples have depth so big, if we use ejector pin to push sample out of the mold, sample will have ejector mark. Or samples have inside surface is smooth, we can not use ejector pin. This time, stripper plate is the best way to push sample out of the mold. It is used when ejector pins, pressurized air can not push sample out of the mold. Stripper plate is simple plate, easy to design and marking.
2. How stripper plate working when injection?
There are 4 ways that it is made:
* A machines mechanical ejector.
* Hydraulic pistons within the mold.
* Pneumatic (air) pistons within the mod.
* With pull bars.
