For more standard and easier manage, we have our own standard on product and mould design which can improve the mould quality and be convenient with management.
For example, I will show you some points of 2D drawing which we are concerned about:
2D drawings should be in accord with the national standard for mechanical drawing.
Using PRO-E software to make the drawing, the configuration content of the file should be uniform.
The width of the line and the font size should be uniform; the width of heavy line and the bold dotted line should be 0.5mm; the width of fine line, wavy line, condup, dat and dask fine line and double dot dash line should be 1/3 of the heavy line; the width of the dashed line should be 1/3 of the heavy line; the length of the line should be 4mm; the spacing of line should be 1mm. About the typeface, no matter number or character, the height is 3.5mm, the line width is 0.35mm.
The size of the three-dimensional shaded surface which is hard to label should mark out the maximum external dimension.
