The acceptable checking list of the rotatable cover of ash-bin are as below:
*The cover shall be flat without deformation.
*The cover of the trash bin shall align the same level with a cover supporter.
*The cover shall come back original position automatically after swinging.
*Cover be rotated evenly.
*Supporter of cover is prohibited from being deformed after ejecting out from mold cavity and cooling.
*No flash-around supporter.
Due to the above requirements, the analysis of mold flow is necessary before mold design and fabrication. Meanwhile, the connection between cover and supporter has to be designed well for a smooth and balanced cover rotation.
It is not allowed to have an injection gate on the outward appearance of the cover, therefore, the injection rate of the dustbin cover shall at the reverse side. Two ejecting cylinders are working at the same time to get balance ejection.
The center of the cover supporter is empty, the ejecting system is designed with both stripper plate and ejecting pins to ensure an even ejecting force and avoid deformation. The stripper plate is made by Nitrogen treatment and moving parts are used heat treatment for anti-wearing.
Most of our customers asked to use H-13 tool steel with heat treatment for mold cores and cavities in order to raise the mold quality and life up. Meanwhile, the molds are fabricated with a hot runner system to get a high-end quality dustbin and reduce the wastage of plastic material which is not only a cost reduction but also for the protection of the environment.
